credits
the banner used for our website was created with Flaming Text and made smaller with KolourPaint.about ~99.5% of the code on this website was created by us by hand. we did take some inspiration from some other websites - specifically for the layout - so we played around with their code before typing our own.
none of the 88x31 buttons (on the sidebar to the left, and in the Home page) are created by us, with the exception of the Rhythm Tengoku and Splatoon ones. however they use copyrighted assets (from Nintendo) that were simply scaled down to make an 88x31 button.
the tiled background is from the Rhythm Heaven Wiki.
artworks, profile pictures, etc.
profile pictures in particular are usually on different websites and applications, but we almost exclusively use Picrew for them. however, we don't appreciate any art or tracing of them - they're not ours, but we don't appreciate being drawn by other people in the first place. also because of second-hand trauma.we tend to make artworks in either Procreate (on iPad), Kolourpaint (on GNU/Linux), or pen/pencil and paper. all of our artworks are under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 unless explicitly stated otherwise. we also don't appreciate any derivitives, but we're okay with tracing or taking inspiration as long as it's entirely personal and only used for practicing.
however, assets (e.g. for video games) are usually under another license such as CC0 or CC BY-SA.
copyright & AA ('AI') usage
our website's assets are under the license CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 unless stated otherwise. this includes the banner, code, styling, among everything else. however all assets NOT created by us are under All Rights Reserved for their respective creators.the styling and colour palettes are inspired by the Rhythm Heaven Wiki also.
we forbid our website (and all of it's assets) from being used to train generative AI (more accurately AA as AI is a misnomer) and we forbid all assets from being used for cryotocurrency and NFTs.
we would greatly appreciate if you(&) would link back to us if you(&) share assets or styling (among other things created by us)!
